ORDERS
Monitoring the progress of your orders from the moment they are created until they are delivered is easy. To check the current status of your orders, simply navigate to the "My Orders" page within your mmakerr.com account. This page provides real-time updates, allowing you to stay informed and manage your workflow effectively.

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. The production and shipping times vary per product, and the information is outlined on the product page > production and shipping tab of each product.
If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, your order might be split into separate packages. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.
Yes, orders can be canceled within two hours of submission. To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@mmakerr.com..
Once an order has been marked for shipment, the shipping carrier and related information become final, meaning they cannot be altered. Additionally, the order cannot be stopped or retrieved from the shipment process.
Once an order is submitted, the product quantities cannot be modified. Placing a new order for a product that was previously ordered is easy to do! However, feel free to reach out to us, we might be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
When the tracking ID indicates that an order has been successfully delivered, it's not unusual for a family member to pick up the package without informing the intended recipient. In the rare event that the package is lost or stolen after delivery, we have the option to initiate a claim process with the delivery service to resolve the issue. This can help recover the package or provide compensation for the loss.
Ordering a sample is just like placing a regular order. We always recommend ordering a sample using the color palette you plan to use for your final products. This way, you can ensure everything meets your expectations!
Unless otherwise specified, we have no minimum order requirement. We specialize in make-on-demand, so whether you’re ordering one item or a hundred, we’re happy to accommodate your needs!
To create a duplicate order, simply open the order details and click on the "Re-order" button. This action will generate a new order containing all the same information as the original.
Once the duplicate order is created, you can make any necessary adjustments, such as changing the products, updating customer details, and modifying the shipping method. After making these changes, you can then send the duplicated order to production.

mmakerr.com is required to collect and remit sales tax on orders shipped within the US. However, sales tax will not be applied to your order if you submit a valid resale certificate.
Sales tax is automatically calculated for each order based on the shipping address, specifically the zip code.
The sales tax percentage varies not only by state but also among different areas within the same state. In addition, sales tax is calculated based on the mmakerr.com production price or the final retail price for California.
SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to mainland US. Our international website will be launching in 2025.
Not all products are eligible for express shipping. Refer to the production and shipping tab of the product you're interested in to see if express shipping is available.
Shipping is a flat fee of $20.00 to mainland US. Shipping is free for orders $100 and above. Express shipping fees vary per product, and are outlined on the product page of each product.
We mainly use UPS, but occasionally, we also use FedEx and USPS. In the rare occasion that we do, you will be notified by email about the carrier. Rest assured, the shipping times outlined per product is honored, regardless of the carrier we use.
Blind shipping is a shipping method that involves shipping orders directly from the manufacturer to the customer while keeping the supplier's name and identity anonymous. This allows the customer to believe the order came directly from you.
PRODUCTION
The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. Generally, most orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days after submission.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
LOVE WHAT YOU MAKE At mmakerr.com, we want you to love what you make. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. Our Customer Service team will review the issue and discuss a resolution with you.
As all of the products are customized just for you, issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order.

Returns for reasons other than mmakerr.com error will be subject to a return fee.
mmakerr.com operates as a make-on-demand company, meaning that each product is custom-made only after it has been ordered. As a result, we do not support returns or exchanges for instances where a customer selects the wrong size, color, or changes their mind.
However, if a product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, mmakerr.com is happy to offer a free reprint or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact our team within 5 days of receiving the product. You can do this by sending us an email and including a clear photo that illustrates the problem. OTHER
If you opt for the DIY option, which allows you to design your products using our online editor, you will have the ability to save or download your designs. Furthermore, each DIY order you create will be linked to the final proof for your reference.
For those who select the Semi-Custom or Custom options, you will receive proof files from us directly to your registered email address. This ensures that you have a clear overview of your design before final production.
Your design files are accessible through the methods mentioned above. We strongly recommend saving a copy of your files on your computer or using an online storage service like Dropbox as a backup. This ensures you have a secure copy of your designs in case you need to access them later.
