As makers ourselves, with over 15 years of experience as both buyers and sellers, we found the experience to be frequently frustrating, lacking transparency, and burdened by a lengthy quoting and cumbersome ordering process. We often found ourselves wishing for a better solution. mmakerr.com is the culmination of all our wishes combined.

Yes, you heard us right: zero reviews. While this may seem counterintuitive, we believe that online reviews have lost their integrity due to bad actors. We want our makers to be free from the threat of receiving a negative review that could harm their hard work and, at times, their livelihood. Instead, we’ve developed various methods to highlight quality products, along with thoughtful mitigation strategies. In the extremely unlikely event of a disgruntled customer, we focus on conversion through empathetic and diplomatic measures.

HOW IT WORKS
All approved sellers must submit new products in batches (minimum of 3 products and a maximum of 10 products per batch) by filling out our product submission form. Along with the details provided, please send us:
A. By Mail: Samples of the actual products for photography and video. Ideally, include swatches or material options.
B. By GDrive or Similar Cloud Storage: The true-to-size templates for each product, along with customization instructions (e.g., fonts, colors, formats, shapes, etc.).
Once our Design Team receives the above materials, it will take us 3 to 5 business days to create the online template associated with your product. We will send you an unpublished link to review and test the template(s). If no further changes are required, please approve the template. Your product will be live on our site within 2 business days after approval.
Once your product is live, you will be notified by email of any orders, including client and order details, as well as any applicable high-resolution design files. You will receive payment (minus our commission fees) on the next business day after the order is placed.
You are responsible for producing and shipping the products according to the standards outlined in your product submission form. Once the order is shipped, please provide us with the tracking details.
We handle customer service to the best of our ability. However, in the unlikely event that a customer has a request or complaint that we cannot resolve, we will reach out to the seller for assistance in addressing the concerns.
