Printing Options

Flat Printing

Choose flat printing for a clean, full-color printed finish. This is the best option for designs with color, photos, illustrations, watercolor artwork, or detailed graphics.

Best for:
Menus, invitations, programs, signs, table numbers, favor tags, and everyday wedding stationery.

Good to know:
Flat printing does not create shine, texture, foil, or raised details. It is a smooth printed finish.

White Ink Printing

Choose white ink printing when your design includes white elements or when printing on dark or colored cardstock. This method allows white text and artwork to appear crisp and visible where standard printing cannot.

Best for:
Dark cardstock, vellum overlays, minimalist designs, modern invitations, and artwork that uses white as a design element.

Good to know:
White ink sits on top of the paper rather than soaking in, which helps it stay bright and opaque. It does not create shine or texture.

Gold Metallic Ink Printing

Choose gold metallic ink if you want a soft gold shimmer printed onto the cardstock. This gives your design a subtle metallic look without the higher setup of traditional foil stamping.

Best for:
Gold text, fine details, menus, programs, borders, and decorative wedding artwork.

Good to know:
Metallic ink is not mirror-shiny like real foil. It has a softer, more understated shimmer.

Hot Foil Stamping

Upgrade to hot foil stamping for a true reflective foil finish. This method uses heat, pressure, and real foil to create a bright metallic detail on thick cardstock.

Best for:
Gold foil invitations, silver foil details, monograms, crests, names, borders, and luxury statement pieces.

Good to know:
Hot foil stamping is the most premium option for shiny metallic details. It usually works best with clean vector artwork.

Letterpress Printing

Upgrade to letterpress if you want a classic pressed impression in the cardstock. Letterpress is ideal for elegant text, monograms, borders, and simple line artwork.

Best for:
Formal invitations, monograms, minimalist designs, crests, and luxury wedding suites.

Good to know:
Letterpress creates texture, not shine. For reflective gold or silver, choose hot foil stamping.

Blind Emboss Printing

Choose blind emboss printing for a subtle raised or pressed texture without ink or foil. This creates a tone-on-tone luxury effect using only shape, shadow, and paper texture.

Best for:
Monograms, crests, envelope details, minimalist invitations, tags, and refined wedding stationery.

Good to know:
Blind embossing is intentionally subtle. It does not add color, ink, or shine.
