HOW TO MAKE IT

- Suggested Size -

10" x 7" flat

When folded in half, the finished program is approximately 5" x 7".

The template can also be resized to suit your project.

 

- How to Make It -

Upload the PNG file into your preferred design software or cutting-machine program. Add your wedding details to the appropriate panels, including your names, ceremony order, wedding party, readings, music, or thank-you message.

Print the completed design onto cardstock, then use your machine's Print-and-Cut feature to cut the outer specialty shape.

Once cut, lightly score the center fold before folding the program in half. A scoring stylus or scoring wheel can help create a cleaner, more professional fold without cracking the cardstock.

Before producing your full quantity, make one test program to confirm the text orientation, fold placement, and finished size.

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For a bi-fold program, cardstock should feel substantial while still folding cleanly. Try:

• 80–100 lb cover cardstock for easy folding
• 100–110 lb cardstock for a more substantial stationery feel
• Smooth matte cardstock for crisp printing
• Lightly textured or eggshell cardstock for a softer, luxe finish
• White, soft white, or ivory cardstock to complement the delicate watercolor artwork

Very heavy cardstock can be harder to fold neatly, so scoring is especially important if using a thicker stock.

Want to add your initials, wedding date, monogram, or text? Create your text or graphic in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software. Position it over the artwork before creating your final Print & Cut file.
