HOW TO MAKE IT

The template can be resized to suit your preferred finished size.

When folded into three sections, the design creates a compact program with three coordinated panels.

- How to Make It -

Add your ceremony wording to each panel using your preferred design software. You might use one panel for the cover, one for your ceremony order, and another for your wedding party, thank-you message, or other details.

Once personalized, upload the finished PNG into Cricut Design Space or another compatible cutting-machine program as a Print Then Cut image.

Print the design onto your chosen cardstock, then allow your cutting machine to cut around the decorative outer shape. After cutting, carefully score the two fold lines between the three panels and fold along the scores to create the finished tri-fold program.

For the cleanest result, use a scoring stylus, scoring wheel, or bone folder to create crisp folds without cracking the cardstock.

- Cardstock Suggestions -

Because this design needs to fold, a slightly lighter cardstock is generally easier to work with than very heavy cover stock.

Try:

• 80–100 lb cardstock for easy, clean folding
• 100–110 lb cardstock for a more substantial program if your printer and scoring method can accommodate it
• Smooth cardstock for crisp typography and botanical details
• Eggshell or lightly textured cardstock for a more luxurious stationery feel
• White, ivory, cream, warm beige, blush, sage, or other coordinating wedding colors

Always check the cardstock thickness supported by both your printer and cutting machine.

 

- Easy Personalization with Canva -

Want to add your initials, wedding date, monogram, or text? Create your text or graphic in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software. Position it over the artwork before creating your final Print & Cut file.

- Styling Ideas -

Use the front panel as your program cover, adding your names, wedding date, a simple “Program” heading, or a short welcome message alongside the botanical artwork.

Inside, organize the remaining panels with your ceremony order, wedding party, readings, traditions, musical selections, remembrance notes, or thank-you message.

For an extra-special presentation, finish the folded program with a thin silk ribbon, vellum band, wax seal, tassel, or delicate cord. Place one on each ceremony chair or arrange them in a basket near the entrance so guests can pick one up as they arrive.
