This is the suggested finished size for the cards, but the templates can be resized to suit your project.

 

- How to Make It -

Upload the PNG files into your preferred design software or cutting-machine program. Add your desired wording using your own fonts, then resize the design if needed.

Duplicate the template to create as many labels or mini signs as your wedding requires. You can personalize each one individually with guest names, food descriptions, table details, favor messages, or other wording.

Once your designs are ready, use your machine's Print-and-Cut feature to print and precisely cut the specialty-shaped cards.

For multiple labels, arrange several designs on one print sheet to make efficient use of your cardstock.

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For a polished finish, try:

• 80–110 lb cardstock for lightweight labels and flat cards
• 100–130 lb cardstock for mini signs or pieces displayed in holders
• Smooth matte cardstock for crisp printing
• Eggshell or lightly textured cardstock for a more elevated stationery look
• White or soft ivory cardstock for the pre-colored designs
• Colored cardstock with the white-background version for a more customized look

For cards that will stand in holders, choose a heavier cardstock for added structure.

Want to add your initials, wedding date, monogram, or text? Create your text or graphic in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software. Position it over the artwork before creating your final Print & Cut file.
