These measurements are recommendations rather than restrictions. Resize individual elements as needed for your printer, cutting machine, envelopes, holders or overall wedding design.

- How to Make It -

Upload the printable designs into your cutting-machine software and use the Print Then Cut / Print and Cut function for the floral pieces. Print them on your chosen paper, allow your cutting machine to cut the specialty shapes, then assemble any layered pieces as shown or create your own combinations.

Some pieces can also be used independently. For example, the invitation layers can become details cards, the floral place-card elements can be used as favor embellishments, and the labels can be resized for everything from candles to welcome bags.

 

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For most invitation, menu, program, signage and table-number pieces, 80–110 lb cover cardstock is a good starting point.

Use smooth white, ivory or cream cardstock for a clean printed finish, or choose lightly textured cardstock for a softer, premium stationery feel.

For dimensional layers and belly bands, coordinating colored cardstock can add contrast and make the finished pieces feel even more custom.

For envelope liners, a lighter-weight paper is generally easier to fold and adhere inside the envelope.

For stickers and adhesive labels, use printable sticker paper or printable vinyl instead of cardstock.

Always check the recommended material thickness for your printer and cutting machine before producing your full quantity.

If you want to create your wording in Canva, simply design your text in Canva, remove the background, download the text as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software such as Cricut Design Space. You can then position your text over the provided floral design and incorporate it into your Print Then Cut project.

This gives you freedom to choose your own fonts, names, wording and layout without changing the original floral artwork.
