3/16" foam board

Foam board, also known as foamcore, is a lightweight yet rigid material with a foam core sandwiched between two layers of smooth, white-coated paper. Its finish gives it a polished look, making it an excellent choice for indoor displays and events. However, foamcore is sensitive to moisture and humidity, so it's best kept in dry conditions to prevent warping or damage.

While the foam core provides a smooth printing surface, it is a relatively delicate material and not waterproof or dent-resistant. For this reason, we recommend foamboard for indoor events or temporary displays that require a more careful approach. It's perfect for those looking for a cost-effective, visually appealing solution that doesn’t need to endure rough handling or outdoor conditions.

 

HOW-TO

Personalization Options:

Please use this upload-your-own option only if you have a high-resolution file, as we will print and contour cut the design exactly as submitted. This option is perfect for those who already have a ready-made design and want it brought to life as custom die-cut board. If you would rather work with pre-shaped boards that are easily customizable, feel free to explore our full collection.

Order Process:

1. Upload your own design (please note we are not able to cut very intricate shapes)
2. Select your base size (please choose the base size that best fits your artwork)
3. Upload your design and checkout
4. We will send you a digital proof within 1 business day after order receipt
5. Approve the proof via email
6. Production begins after proof approval
7. Expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days after proof approval

Choose from the base sizes below and select the option that best fits your artwork. In the notes box, clearly specify your desired finished size and indicate whether it should be printed as is or adjusted. Your artwork must match the finished size you've provided.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

• Shipping: All boards larger than 30x46 are shipped folded. Rest assured, folds are done professionally. Please note that for boards shipped folded, darker colors may show more noticeable creases compared to lighter shades. If you're particular about the appearance of creases, we recommend choosing lighter-colored boards to minimize their visibility.
• Production Time: 2 to 3 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Time: 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Need your item sooner? Expedited shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via chat or email for faster delivery options!

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. Both production and shipping times of all products in our shop vary by product, and each estimate is provided individually for each item.

If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, it will be split into separate packages. This helps avoid delays for items that are ready to be shipped sooner.
