Quantity: If you need more than one unit of this item with the same design, simply select the desired quantity on the checkout page. If you'd like each board to feature a different design, please place a separate order for each.

 

Choose The Finish You Need:
A. 3/16" Thick Foam Board: 

Foam board, also known as foamcore, is a lightweight yet rigid material with a foam core sandwiched between two layers of smooth, white-coated paper. Its semi-gloss finish gives it a polished look, making it an excellent choice for indoor displays and events. However, foamcore is sensitive to moisture and humidity, so it's best kept in dry conditions to prevent warping or damage.

While the foam core provides a smooth printing surface, it is a relatively delicate material and not waterproof or dent-resistant. For this reason, we recommend foamboard for indoor events or temporary displays that require a more careful approach. It's perfect for those looking for a cost-effective, visually appealing solution that doesn’t need to endure rough handling or outdoor conditions.

B. 3/16" Thick Coroplast: 

Coroplast, a durable and lightweight corrugated plastic, is similar to the material used for yard signs. While the ridges may be faintly visible upon printing, the surface is stronger and more resistant to damage, making it nearly dent-free. This makes Coroplast an excellent choice for both short-term and long-term use.

Waterproof and weather-resistant, Coroplast is ideal for outdoor applications, but it also works well for indoor signage. Its affordability, durability, and versatility make it a popular choice for everything from yard signs to event displays.

C. 1/8" Thick PVC Board: 

PVC board, also known as Sintra board, offers a smooth, high-quality surface with a solid core for superior rigidity and durability. Known for being both waterproof and dent-resistant, these signs are built to last and can easily be cleaned for long-term use.

Printed on 1/8" thick PVC, Sintra boards are versatile and easy to install—whether you choose to mount them with command strips, foam tape, or screws. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, these signs provide a professional, long-lasting solution for any display need.

 

HOW-TO

Personalization Options:

Please use this upload-your-own option only if you have a high-resolution file, as we will print and contour cut the design exactly as submitted. This option is perfect for those who already have a ready-made design and want it brought to life as custom die-cut board. If you would rather work with pre-designed boards that are easily customizable, feel free to explore our pre-shaped boards.

 

Order Process:

1. Upload your own design or design from scratch using our online editing tool (please note we are not able to cut very intricate shapes)
2. Select your base size (please choose the base size that best fits your artwork)
3. Approve the proof and checkout
4. Production begins after proof approval
5. Expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days after proof approval

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

• Shipping: All boards larger than 30x46 are shipped folded. Rest assured, folds are done professionally. Please note that for boards shipped folded, darker colors may show more noticeable creases compared to lighter shades. If you're particular about the appearance of creases, we recommend choosing lighter-colored boards to minimize their visibility.
• Production Time: 2 to 3 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Time: 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Need your item sooner? Expedited shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via chat or email for faster delivery options!

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. Both production and shipping times of all products in our shop vary by product, and each estimate is provided individually for each item.

If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, it will be split into separate packages. This helps avoid delays for items that are ready to be shipped sooner.
