Premium Cut-to-Shape Place Cards

Premium cut-to-shape place cards printed on quality cover cardstock and personalized with guest names with your own font choice for a crisp, elegant table display.

Cover Cardstock
Cover cardstock is a thick, sturdy paper commonly used for wedding stationery like place cards, invitations, and menus. It feels smooth, durable, and holds its shape beautifully on a table.

SPECS

• Premium Cardstock: Smooth, firm, and durable — similar to the thickness of a high-quality wedding invitation. It stands nicely on the table without bending or feeling flimsy.
• MOQ: Minimum order of 40 or 60 cards. Orders must be placed in increments of 4 cards for the 4" or 6 cards for the 3". If fewer names are submitted than ordered, the remaining cards will be left blank for other decorative uses.
• Size: Choose from 3" wide or 4" wide finished size, featuring a white border around the main design.
• Price: $2.15 per 3" card, and $2.95 per 4" card

HOW-TO

Personalization Options:

The design print remains the same, but you can customize it with your font of choice. Each card will also be personalized with your guest names.

Order Process:

• Upload your guest list in Excel or Word format.
• Choose your font by either:
  • Providing the exact font name, or
  • Uploading the font file (.TTF or .OTF).
    If we cannot access your font, we will match it with the closest option from our font library.
• Complete checkout.
• Proof approval: We will send your proof within 1 business day. Approve your proof (or choose in advance to waive proof approval).
• Delivery: Orders ship within 13–17 business days after proof approval.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

• Production Time: 10 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Time: 3 to 7 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Need your item sooner? Expedited shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via chat or email for faster delivery options!

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. Both production and shipping times of all products in our shop vary by product, and each estimate is provided individually for each item.

If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, it will be split into separate packages. This helps avoid delays for items that are ready to be shipped sooner.
