- How to Make It -

Upload the PNG into your cutting-machine software, such as Cricut Design Space, and use it as a Print Then Cut / Print & Cut design. Print the liner, have your machine cut the outer silhouette, then position it inside your envelope and secure it with your preferred adhesive.

For the cleanest result, place adhesive mainly along the upper flap area rather than gluing the entire liner down.

Envelope liners work best with lighter-weight paper rather than heavy cardstock, which can make the envelope bulky or difficult to close.

Good options include:
