HOW TO MAKE IT

- Suggested Size -

The suggested finished print-and-cut sizes are:

• Design 1: 8.307" × 10"
• Design 2: 7.143" × 10"

These are suggested starting sizes only. You can resize the templates depending on your display, printer, cutting-machine limitations, or the size of sign you need.

- How to Make It -

Upload the PNG into software compatible with your cutting machine, such as Cricut Design Space, and use it as a Print Then Cut / Print-and-Cut design.

Add your desired wording, print the finished design onto your chosen cardstock, and let your machine cut the decorative outer shape.

For a larger wedding project, we recommend making one test sign first to check your size, print quality, and cardstock settings before producing the rest.

 

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For signs that will be displayed upright, choose a cardstock with enough body to hold its shape. Good options include:

• 100–120 lb cover cardstock for a classic wedding stationery feel
• Smooth white cardstock for crisp color and typography
• Lightly textured cardstock for a more elevated, boutique finish
• Warm white or soft ivory cardstock for a romantic look

For extra rigidity, you can mount the printed sign onto another layer of cardstock or display it inside a sturdy sign holder.

Text is not included, so you have complete freedom to create wording that fits your wedding.

If you prefer designing your text in Canva, simply create your wording there, remove the background, download the text design as a PNG, then upload it into your cutting-machine software and incorporate it into the print-and-cut file.
