HOW TO MAKE IT

The suggested finished size is approximately: 2.827" × 4"

You are not limited to this size. Resize the design as needed for your favor packaging, ribbon, gift boxes or overall wedding aesthetic.

 

- How to Make It -

Add your personalized text, then print the design onto your chosen material and cut around the specialty silhouette. If you use a cutting machine such as Cricut, you can incorporate the artwork into a Print Then Cut / Print and Cut project for a clean, consistent shape.

For text designed in Canva, simply create your wording in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software to position over the tag artwork before printing and cutting.

 

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For a traditional favor tag, approximately 80–110 lb cover cardstock works well.

Choose smooth white or cream cardstock for the blush version, or use the included white-background design with colored cardstock to bring your wedding colors into the finished piece.

Lightly textured, cotton or eggshell-style cardstock can give the tag a more premium stationery feel.

 

- Easy Personalization with Canva -

Want to add your initials, wedding date, monogram, or a small message? Create your text or graphic in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software. Position it over the artwork before creating your final Print & Cut file.

 

- Styling Ideas -

Punch a hole near the top and finish the tag with silk ribbon, chiffon ribbon, organza, velvet ribbon, baker's twine or fine cord. Add a metal eyelet for an extra polished detail, as shown in the inspiration image.

Tie the finished tags onto favor boxes, candles, mini bottles, gift bags, welcome baskets or individual guest favors. For a minimal look, personalize with just your initials and wedding date; for a warmer touch, add a short message such as “Thank You,” “With Love,” or “So Glad You're Here.”
