Choose The Finish You Need:
A. 3/16" Thick Foam Board: 

Foam board, also known as foamcore, is a lightweight yet rigid material with a foam core sandwiched between two layers of smooth, white-coated paper. Its semi-gloss finish gives it a polished look, making it an excellent choice for indoor displays and events. However, foamcore is sensitive to moisture and humidity, so it's best kept in dry conditions to prevent warping or damage.

While the foam core provides a smooth printing surface, it is a relatively delicate material and not waterproof or dent-resistant. For this reason, we recommend foamboard for indoor events or temporary displays that require a more careful approach. It's perfect for those looking for a cost-effective, visually appealing solution that doesn’t need to endure rough handling or outdoor conditions.

B. 3/16" Thick Coroplast: 

Coroplast, a durable and lightweight corrugated plastic, is similar to the material used for yard signs. While the ridges may be faintly visible upon printing, the surface is stronger and more resistant to damage, making it nearly dent-free. This makes Coroplast an excellent choice for both short-term and long-term use.

Waterproof and weather-resistant, Coroplast is ideal for outdoor applications, but it also works well for indoor signage. Its affordability, durability, and versatility make it a popular choice for everything from yard signs to event displays.

 

Self-Standing Design:

Includes a stick-on easel for easy display. For outdoor use, we recommend using weights or reinforcement (such as sand bags you can purchase from a hardware store).

 

Capacity: 

A 6ft chart fits up to 350 guest names comfortably. If you have more names to display, please contact us for custom options.

HOW-TO

Personalization Options:

1. Semi-Custom: Choose this design and customize it with your color and text choices.
2. Custom: To ensure your chart is exactly as you envision, please send us reference or inspiration files, such as your invitations or a Pinterest image. Include any specific font choices and other personalization details you'd like us to incorporate. This will help us create the perfect design for you!
3. DIY: Upload your own design for a fully personalized chart.

• All Custom and Semi-Custom orders include up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your design is perfect!
• For custom orders, we will do our best to source the specific font you request. However, if the font is outside of our scope, we will choose the closest match from our collection to ensure a beautiful result.

 

Order Process:

1. Select your size
2. Upload your file and personalization details (we prefer an Excel file of your guest list, organized by tables or groups (alphabetical or otherwise).
3. Receive your proof for Custom and Semi-Custom orders by email within 1 business day. This does not apply to DIY orders where you will get to approve the proof immediately.
   
4. Production begins after proof approval.
5. Receive your finished chart according to the shipping schedule described

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

• Shipped Folded: For easier transportation from your home to your venue. Please note, darker boards may show more prominent creases due to the folding during shipping. If this is a concern, we recommend selecting lighter boards.
• Production Time: 2 to 3 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Time: 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Need your item sooner? Expedited shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via chat or email for faster delivery options!

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. Both production and shipping times of all products in our shop vary by product, and each estimate is provided individually for each item.

If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, it will be split into separate packages. This helps avoid delays for items that are ready to be shipped sooner.
