HOW TO MAKE IT

- Suggested Size -

For tabletop wedding signage, we suggest:

5.714" × 8"
and
6.401" × 8"

These sizes are large enough to be noticed on a reception table without taking over the entire display. You can resize them smaller for compact tables or larger for more prominent signage.

 

- How to Make It -

Add your wording using your preferred design program, then upload the finished artwork into your cutting-machine software as a Print Then Cut / Print & Cut project.

Print the design onto your chosen cardstock, then let your Cricut or compatible cutting machine cut the finished decorative shape.

You can also add text separately in Canva. Simply create your wording in Canva, remove the background, download the text as a PNG, and incorporate it into the table-sign PNG inside your cutting-machine software.

 

- Cardstock Suggestions -

For signs that stand nicely in holders, we recommend:

• 100–120 lb cover cardstock for a classic wedding stationery feel
• 130 lb cover for a slightly more substantial finish
• Smooth matte cardstock for crisp printing
• Eggshell or lightly textured cardstock for a softer, elevated look
• White or ivory for a timeless finish
• Blush, sage, dusty blue, terracotta, or another wedding-color cardstock for a more customized look

If you're using colored cardstock, always test one piece first to make sure your printed elements remain easy to read against the chosen color.

Want to add your initials, wedding date, monogram, or text? Create your text or graphic in Canva, remove the background, download it as a transparent PNG, and upload it into your cutting-machine software. Position it over the artwork before creating your final Print & Cut file.
