Shimmer Finish Envelopes

Shimmer envelopes contain fine pearlescent fibers that reflect light, creating a subtle metallic glow. The effect is elegant and luminous rather than glittery, giving the envelope a luxurious, dimensional appearance.

HOW-TO

Personalization Options:

Choose between fixed data (the same information printed on every envelope, such as return addresses) or variable data (personalized information that changes on each envelope, such as guest names and addresses). Print on the front, the flap, or both, and customize with your preferred colors, graphics and font styles.

 

Order Process:

1. Choose your personalization type
Select either fixed data or variable data.

2. Upload your file

• For variable data orders: Upload your guest list in Excel or Word format with the names and addresses written exactly as you want them printed.
• For fixed data orders: Upload your artwork or print-ready file with the information you would like printed.

3. Choose your font
Provide your font in one of the following ways:

• Enter the exact font name, or
• Upload the font file (.TTF or .OTF)

If we cannot access your font, we will substitute it with the closest available option from our font library.

4. Complete checkout

5. Proof approval
A digital proof will be sent within 1 business day. Review and approve your proof before production, unless you selected the option to waive proof approval.

6. Delivery
Orders ship within 12–20 business days after proof approval.

FIXED DATA VS VARIABLE DATA

Fixed Data Printing

Fixed data means the printed information is identical on every item in the order. Nothing changes from piece to piece. This is typically used for elements that remain the same for all guests.

Examples in wedding stationery:

• Return addresses on envelopes
• Wedding dates and event details
• Venue names and locations
• Monograms, logos, or decorative text

Because the information stays the same, fixed data printing is ideal for large batches of matching pieces.

Variable Data Printing

Variable data means each piece can contain different information. The design stays the same, but specific details are personalized for every guest.

Examples in wedding stationery:

• Guest names on envelopes (guest addressing)
• Place cards with each guest’s name
• Table numbers or seating assignments
• Personalized labels or escort cards

Variable data printing allows every piece to be customized while maintaining a consistent design across the entire set.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

• Production Time: 5 to 5 business days after proof approval.
• Shipping Time: 7 to 5 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping times are in addition to the estimated production times. Both production and shipping times of all products in our shop vary by product, and each estimate is provided individually for each item.

If your order includes products with different production and shipping speeds, it will be split into separate packages. This helps avoid delays for items that are ready to be shipped sooner.
